Commercial Opportunities
This is a permanent position based within a busy department. This is a key role within the business in which you will be responsible for monitoring and investigating administration complaints from customers ensuring that the complaints procedures are strictly adhered to. You will communicate the complaint resolution back to the customer to ensure swift case resolution and report accurately to the Complaints Manager. The successful person will must have a minimum of 2 years within a customer focused role with have proven analytical and problem solving skills. You must have financial services experience and be working towards the FPC/ CF qualifications.
