Our aim is to ensure that every comment or complaint is handled professionally and politely, that it is recorded and fully investigated and, wherever possible, we will identify corrective action that will improve our services.  We will take your comments seriously.

How to make your comment / complaint

To help us in processing your complaint effectively, please provide us with your personal / company details (name, full postal address and telephone number), and details of the issues to be addressed.

What happens next?

Your comment / complaint will be recorded upon receipt.  If it cannot be resolved immediately, we will acknowledge the complaint and give you the contact name of the person who will be dealing with it.

A full investigation will be carried out and you receive a response within 10 working days of your complaint being received.  If for any reason this is not possible, we will explain why and confirm the date by which you can expect a full response.
