Are you a driven engineer who thrives on solving complex challenges, improving processes, and bringing new ideas to life?

We’re partnering with a highly successful international manufacturing organisation that is investing heavily in innovation, technology, and continuous improvement. As a Production Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of manufacturing operations, from introducing new products and equipment to driving improvements across production processes both in the UK and internationally.

This is far more than a traditional production engineering role. You’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting new projects, collaborate with overseas teams, influence strategic engineering decisions, and learn from an experienced leadership team committed to developing talent and sharing world-class expertise.

As the Production Engineer you will be getting involved in:

  • Supporting the introduction of new products and manufacturing equipment
  • Driving continuous improvement and process optimisation projects
  • Investigating production challenges and implementing effective, long-term solutions
  • Evaluating, recommending and validating new equipment and technologies
  • Collaborating with international colleagues on product development initiatives
  • Supporting the Engineering Manager with key engineering and operational projects

The skills and experience you need…

  • Experience within a production or manufacturing engineering environment
  • A solid understanding of production processes and manufacturing operations
  • HNC qualification (or above) in an engineering discipline
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies (desirable)
  • Previous experience as a Production Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, NPI Engineer, or in a similar role

The application process:

Our mission is to support our clients in their creation of an equal, diverse and inclusive workforce. We are committed to providing a barrier-free recruitment process, so if you require any reasonable accessibility adjustments within the application process, then please make it known at the earliest opportunity.

We will carefully consider your details and advise you if we’re able to progress with your application within 72 working hours. If you do not hear from us within this time your details won’t be retained. So, if you’re not successful on this occasion, do continue to respond to future roles we advertise. In the meantime, all good wishes and continued success with your search for employment.
