The role is based in a very nice office environment, working as part of a small, friendly team. You will be responsible for processing sales orders and handling incoming calls to support customer needs.
Duties will include:

Processing sales orders received via email or telephone
• Responding to customer service enquiries by email and phone
• Working closely with the sales team to support order processing and account communication
• Proactively investigating pricing queries and resolving issues efficiently
• Carrying out general administrative tasks
The successful candidate will have previous office‑based experience, including sales order processing. Experience using Sage Line 50 is essential.
